Kyiv now
«Kyiv now» quotes the latest posts of Kyiv official and monitoring Telegram channels (alerts, metro, power, water, heat, transport) with publication time and a link, and lists shelters and Points of Invincibility on the user's own bank of the Dnipro from Kyiv City State Administration open data.
The site makes no status claims of its own about alerts, the metro, power or bridges. Every post is a quote with the channel name, the kind of source (official confirmed by the organisation's site / calls itself official / non-official monitoring) and the publication time in Kyiv time. Kyiv city has no outage groups any more: YASNO builds an individual schedule per address (https://static.yasno.ua/kyiv/outages); the site links there and does not ask for an address. Shelters and Points of Invincibility come from KMDA datasets on data.gov.ua (CC BY) and are shown only for the user's own bank of the river.
